  • We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for the majority of our orders (unless specified on the product page) so it's very likely we can ship to your country including UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and more!

-How long will shipping take?

  • After an order has been placed, we will ship your item within 3-5 days.
  • Below are the expected delivery time but please note delivery time for some items may take longer than the estimated time due to the high demand of some of our products.
  • Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be delivered. However , your items may arrive earlier. Do not worry as we ALWAYS send tracking numbers with each order so you can see your order status.
  • Will I have a tracking number?
  • Of course! Some orders will ship in multiple boxes and each box will have its own unique tracking number. We ALWAYS send Tracking Numbers with packages so you can track it each step of the way!

- I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

  • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. Don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!

ABOUT CHANGING ORDERS, REFUNDS & RETURNS

-CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours.To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at support@gooddaygear.com . One of our representatives will be happy to assist with the cancellation and the refund.Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase. It typically takes 2-3 business days for the funds to process back into your account. If your order has already started the production process or already been shipped, you must follow our Returns and Exchange policy in order to receive a refund.

-CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

  • We do accept exchanges within 30 days of your receipt of the product. We only ask that these items are not worn or washed and will be in the original package or box. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be accepted. To make an exchange, please contact us at support@gooddaygear.com and we will be happy to assist you!

-HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
